Region covered: Frequent business travel across the Baltic States, with approximately 80% of travel within Lithuania

Why This Role Matters
This is a new role within our fleet business, focused on developing and managing relationships with medium and large direct fleets. You will play a critical role in driving growth, delivering innovative solutions, and strengthening our position as a trusted mobility partner.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business development with new and existing medium and large direct fleets.
- Build strong relationships with fleet decision-makers and influencers by attending industry events and networking opportunities.
- Generate leads, follow up on marketing initiatives, and prioritize prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop tailored proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs and Goodyear Total Mobility solutions.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying pain points, cross-selling solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, fleet developments, and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommendations.
- Serve as a technical reference for fleets, providing guidance on tires, solutions, and training coordination.
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet sales, key account management, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or transport industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize activities effectively.
- English proficiency at least at upper-intermediate (B2) level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with tire solutions, fleet mobility, or transportation solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the sales area to meet clients and attend events.
- Russian (nice to have).
