Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Manager Operations to join our Digital Americas team in NYC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing all operational processes for our Canadian digital distribution channel. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager to optimize operational processes, including warehousing, transportation, customer support, and payment workflows Monitor and drive the daily performance of our third-party service providers, ensuring they meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver best-in-class service to our customers Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth Lead regular status calls and engage with 3PL on a daily basis to review metrics and project status Collaborate with 3PL on reviewing and establishing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOP) to achieve a highly efficient operation Generate monthly forecasts and support warehouse 3PL in proper staff planning Support project management for local market operational projects and company-wide projects with respect to operational components Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across systems and track and analyze transportation spend Serve as a point of contact for the customer service team to troubleshoot any customer issues Foster communication and collaboration across the organization to ensure all processes are followed and targets are achieved Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Management, Engineering, or a similar field 3+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a digital environment with a focus on fashion/consumer goods Experience managing 3PL operations for a D2C brand and working with order management, customer service tools, and ERP systems Project management skills, vendor management experience, and transportation management experience Strong MS Office Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office applications, with experience working with an OMS and SAP knowledge a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of customer orientation and service-oriented mindset What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $85k-$95k The opportunity to work with a leading brand and make a significant impact on our business A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals Professional development opportunities to grow your career The ability to work remotely and collaborate with local and global teams with diverse cultures How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced operations professional looking to grow your career, please submit your application today.
