Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Stretching Assistant / Flexologist to join our team at StretchLab in East Setauket, NY. As a leader in the fitness industry, we offer a unique and innovative approach to assisted stretching, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us empower our clients to "Live Long". Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for clients Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build and retain StretchLab membership, and ensure client safety and satisfaction Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and maintain a strong social media presence Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive sales and growth What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $21-$26 per hour Commissions for membership acquisition and sales Flexible scheduling: 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities Comprehensive training program: 100 hours of classroom and hands-on training Ongoing support and education to ensure your success Requirements: Certification or state licensure in a related field (massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction) Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for boutique fitness environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and client satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional work ethic and reliable attendance How to Apply: If you're a motivated and passionate individual with a passion for helping others achieve their goals, we want to hear from you!
