Key Responsibilities: Teach assigned courses to enrolled students, managing a diverse population in a classroom, laboratory, or online environment Develop, prepare, and implement lesson plans, conducting pre- and post-assessment of students and evaluating their educational needs Collaborate with other faculty and staff to assess teaching strategies and promote a culture of continuous improvement Maintain student records, statistics, and other pertinent information as required by the college and department Resolve issues relevant to area of responsibility, referring complex problems to the appropriate Department Chair, Dean, or College official Requirements: Master's degree in Business-related field or Public Administration, or Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Business-related field or Public Administration Knowledge of current technologies, word processing, database, presentation, and spreadsheet software, specifically Microsoft Office applications Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to relate to others in a professional, helpful manner Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow multiple projects and tasks through to completion with attention to detail What We Offer: Competitive salary: $834 per equated credit unit Opportunity to work with a diverse population of students and contribute to the growth and development of our college community Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced educator with a passion for Business Administration, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
