As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through one-on-one assisted stretching and group classes. Our studios in Portland offer a professional and energetic atmosphere, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our members. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality stretch sessions, leading group classes, and contributing to the growth and success of our studios. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Assist in building and retaining StretchLab members Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns and maintain a strong social media presence Qualifications: Passion for boutique fitness environment and stretching, mobility, and flexibility Preferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training and client interaction Fitness certification required Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to create a welcoming environment and connect with people from diverse backgrounds What We Offer: Competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development Comprehensive training program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training Supportive and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals Opportunities for advancement and professional growth How to Apply: Ready to join our team?
