As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work with highly motivated leads, making it easier to close deals. Your role will involve: Contacting homeowners to understand their situation and offer tailored solutions Guiding sellers through the process of selling their property Working closely with our team to close deals and help homeowners out of difficult situations What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: High commission: Earn 20% of the profit from each deal you close Supportive environment: Comprehensive 3-day onboarding training program, followed by live group calls and continuous sales training Long-term growth: After closing 3 deals, you'll have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $2,500 per month plus 5% of the profit from each deal Fulfilling work: Help people in need and make a real difference in their lives Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and driven to succeed Disciplined and able to stay focused A continuous learner, seeking out opportunities for growth and development Resilient and able to find solutions to problems Empathetic and able to relate to sellers Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone Responsibilities As an Acquisitions Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Contacting and building relationships with homeowners facing pre-foreclosure Understanding the seller's needs and offering tailored solutions Guiding sellers through the process of selling their property Working closely with our team to close deals and help homeowners out of difficult situations Qualifications We're looking for someone with: Previous experience in real estate or sales (an advantage, but not required) Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone Ability to work independently and as part of a team A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact How to Apply If you're ready to join a growing company with a strong mission and believe in the long-term vision of Easy Exit, apply today!
