**Job Description:** Join Our Team: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our algo evaluation and explainability efforts, driving innovation and excellence in personalization systems. As a key member of our Data Science & Analytics team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust methodologies and models that answer the "why" behind product recommendations. About the Role: Lead algo evaluation and explainability efforts, ensuring trustworthy and high-quality outputs to maximize member experience. Develop a comprehensive framework combining online and offline methods to understand the outputs of our recommendations. Research and incubate evaluation methods in the product, partnering with Algorithm Engineering teams to drive innovation. Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to shape product strategy and define new metrics. Requirements: Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of relevant experience in building and delivering real-world machine learning models with demonstrated impact. Strong interest and experience with LLMs. Strong Quantitative Programming skills in a language such as Python. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Passion for driving product vision and innovation strategy. Ability to work independently and drive your own projects.
