As a Retail Execution Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Driving sales growth and merchandising excellence in assigned territories Creating engaging in-store displays and experiences that showcase our brands Building strong relationships with store personnel and consumers to provide exceptional brand experiences Executing sales programs and initiatives to achieve maximum brand potential Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required Must live in the Homestead to North Miami areas Entry-level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered, as will candidates with 0-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $54,200 - $63,600 Annual incentive reference value percentage: 7.5 Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the sports hydration industry Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passionate team Are You Ready to Join the Team?
