Job Summary: As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with store associates, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives, implement company initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
