**Job Description:** Join Our Team: Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services, is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our GBCM Center of Expertise in Internal Communications & Productions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our organization's mission, vision, and goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the COE Internal Communications & Productions team in designing and executing communication strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Develop and maintain reusable templates and toolkits for common communications scenarios, including M&A, Crisis Comms, and complex change scenarios. Author high-quality content for various communication channels, including employee engagement programs, HR, compliance, and crisis communications. Manage a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including GBCM Leadership Team and other internal teams across the organization. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives. Manage the COE budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving processes and tools and proactively proposing effectiveness gains. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in communications or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies. Experience in transformation projects and change management a plus. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel approximately 25% of the time. What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $182,500-$258,350.
