Job Description: Join our team as a General Merchandise Expert, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests and ensuring the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and providing excellent customer service Ensure the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests, and maintain backroom and fixture room organization Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, including processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide support for guest services, such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others What We're Looking For: We are seeking a team member who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with others to achieve sales goals.
