**Job Summary:**
arenaflex's Patient Billing Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:**
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their billing inquiries.
* Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
* Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
* Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing a culture of continuous learning and growth.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 1+ year work experience required, preferably in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environments.
* Previous work in high-volume calls environments with several computer windows open highly desirable.
* Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred.
**Technical/Other Requirements:**
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required for remote work.
* Dedicated area to perform duties without interference, with structured breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.

**Pay Range:**
$15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

**Shift and Schedule:**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). Enjoy a 10% shift differential for working this schedule!
