Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This full-time, remote position is located in Wisconsin, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
