Job Description: Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as an Employee Relations Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all employees. As a key member of our People team, you will provide expert guidance and support to business leaders, employees, and HR partners on employee relations matters, ensuring that our organization remains a leader in innovation and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Investigate employee grievances and complaints, providing objective and fair recommendations for resolution. Advise managers on effective performance and behavioral issue management, aligning with our company culture and legal regulations. Analyze situations using relevant data to identify gaps and provide creative solutions to organizational or systemic problems. Coach and influence business leaders and HR partners on best practices and outcomes regarding sensitive issues, ensuring equity and consistency. Develop and implement employee relations activities to drive positive change and enhance our workplace culture. Collaborate with the HR team to maintain ER metrics and review processes to simplify or enhance procedures. Requirements: 4+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience, with at least 2 years of focused experience in employee relations matters. Superb communication skills, including effective listening, writing, and presenting. Proven knowledge of local and country-specific employment laws and regulations. Ability to build solid partnerships and provide objective advice to HR partners, employees, and business leaders. Proven ability to resolve complex issues in creative ways and work in ambiguous situations. What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location.
