I am the founder of Anchor Into Presence, a meditation and devotional app for women. The app is built and submitted, but version 1.0.8 was rejected by Apple under the following guidelines:
2.1.0 Performance App Completeness
3.1.1 Business Payments In App Purchase
4.2.0 Design Minimum Functionality
5.1.1 Legal Privacy Data Collection and Storage
The project is already in progress. I need an experienced iOS developer to review the current build, identify the exact compliance gaps, implement the required changes, and successfully resubmit the app for approval.
Scope of work
• Audit current app build and App Store Connect setup
• Resolve In App Purchase compliance issues
• Ensure privacy disclosures and data collection settings align with Apple requirements
• Address any functionality or completeness concerns
• Prepare and resubmit to Apple
• Respond to Apple review team if needed
• Provide a recorded walkthrough and live training session for me and my assistant on how to upload and manage meditations inside the app
• Clear documentation outlining the upload process, subscription management, and any backend tools used
• Ensure we can independently add, edit, and schedule meditation content without developer support
Requirements
• Proven experience getting apps approved in the App Store
• Strong understanding of Apple In App Purchase guidelines
• Familiarity with App Store Connect, subscriptions, and privacy declarations
• Ability to diagnose and fix rejection issues quickly
• Clear communication and structured process
Please include in your proposal
• Links to iOS apps you have shipped
• Brief explanation of a rejection you fixed and how you handled it
• Estimated timeline to resolve and resubmit
This is a focused compliance and finalization project. I am looking for someone who can take ownership and get this across the finish line.
