Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Capital Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work • Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification Tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges LevelRating ScorePayTypical BackgroundSenior Analyst90–100$150–200/hrEx-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, development professionals with 5+ years experienceLead Analyst80–89$100–150/hrFinance professionals with 3–5 years of deal or modeling experienceAnalyst / Associate60–79$50–100/hrEntry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on your certification approvals, analysts may be engaged in: Financial Modeling & Valuation • 3-statement financial models • Commercial real estate underwriting • DCF / LBO modeling • Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Comparable company & precedent transaction analysis • “Football field” valuation summaries Due Diligence & Investment Support • Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis • Commercial and operational diligence • Risk assessment • Investment memo and reporting support Analysts may only perform work in approved categories, which are earned through assessment and performance, not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training • Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence) • Get verified on the platform • Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: • Visibility on the platform • Approved work categories • Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction • Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere may revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Analysts do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
