We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing effective learning experiences that align with our organization's objectives and meet the needs of our target audience. You will collaborate with video producers, subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and other team members to design, develop, and implement instructional materials and strategies that enhance knowledge transfer and drive performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, interactive, and learner-centric instructional materials for e-learning courses
• Combine scripts and pre-built visuals to create storyboards
• Utilize templates and graphic design to create consistent texts and graphics across projects
• Develop comprehensive learning strategies that incorporate a variety of instructional methods, technologies, and delivery formats to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention
• Work closely with video producers and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of instructional materials
• Create multimedia elements such as graphics and screencasts to enhance the learning experience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality instructional materials within established timelines
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning theories
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, and multimedia software
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Demonstrated creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess learner needs and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials
