Influencer Campaign Strategist – Melbourne Retail Precinct What We Need We are looking for an experienced Influencer Campaign Manager to: • Develop a strategic influencer framework • Source and shortlist suitable creators (Instagram + TikTok) • Build 3 tiered campaign options (~$10k / $15k / $20k) • Validate influencer authenticity using professional tools • Recommend rollout, content mix and amplification strategy • This is strategy and sourcing only. No outreach at this stage. If the proejct moves ahead we will hirer you for a larger campaign management scope. Project Context • We are working with a suburban retail precinct in Melbourne’s western suburbs that is underperforming in foot traffic. The goal is to drive: • Local awareness • Visitation • Community affinity • The content direction should feel authentic and discovery-driven. Example narrative: “I went to grab milk and ended up discovering…” “Didn’t expect this in Melbourne’s west…” It should feel local, surprising and community-first, not like polished advertising. The precinct name and ownership details will not be disclosed at this stage. Do not contact influencers. Target Audience • Local western suburbs residents • Young families • Multicultural communities (particularly strong Indian / South Asian representation) • Diversity in the influencer mix is essential and must reflect Melbourne’s west. Scope of Work 1. Strategic Framework Outline: • Influencer tiers (micro, mid-tier, local creators) • Content formats (Reels, TikTok walk-throughs, Stories, collabs) • Narrative themes • Rollout structure • Suggested cadence 2. Influencer Shortlist • Provide a curated shortlist across three tiers. For each influencer include: • Handle • Platform • Follower count • Engagement rate • Audience insights (if available) • Why they are strategically relevant You must use an influencer verification tool (Modash, HypeAuditor, Upfluence or similar) to confirm: • Authentic audience • Low bot activity • Healthy engagement 3. Three Campaign Package Options Provide structured options at: Option 1 – Primarily grassroots micro-influencers. Community mums, local foodies, culturally relevant creators. High authenticity, hyper-local impact. Option 2 – Mix of micro + mid-tier creators. Increased content volume and broader coverage. Option 3 – Higher visibility creators, greater reach, stronger rollout plan, optional paid amplification layer. For each option include: • Influencer mix type • Approximate number of creators • Expected deliverables • Estimated content volume • Projected reach range • Strategic rationale No need to negotiate rates at this stage, but budgets must be realistic for Melbourne.
