Implementation Technician/Quality Assurance Specialist (Seasonal/Temporary)

The Benefits Technician Specialist - Imp Tech / Quality Assurance Specialist’s work under general supervision, having one supervisor and one manager to report to. Specialist’s rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities: • Make edits to client websites using proprietary software. • Configuration of employee benefits portal and online enrollment system based on standards and provided documentation/training. • Template groups - Co-Ops and others • Template based system configuration • Build and QA • Utilize TRS QA and TRS Tool • Perform standardized data imports • Template groups - Co-Ops and others • Perform one off assistance for mass updates - will learn on the job • TRS Contribution updates • ESV configuration • Build updates • Other general mass updates Experience and Skills: • Ability to navigate internet using multiple browsers • Some knowledge of Microsoft Suite required • 80% of all work must be tracked Location: • This is a seasonal remote position Apply Job!
