We leverage both clinical expertise and innovative technology to deliver fair reimbursements and enhance payment accuracy. We are currently seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our fun, fast-paced environment.       Role Summary  As the Implementation Coordinator, your role will be to on-board both clients and key vendor partners. A successful candidate will execute all processes with the goal of zero defect go-lives and successful hand-off to operations. Position will be to set the tone from day one of an overall positive long-term relationship with our customers that promotes confidence, retention, and loyalty. This position is a remote working opportunity. Travel may be needed with certain client implementations.     Essential Role Responsibilities  - Administer implementation lifecycle for client onboarding including coordinating with clients to maintain knowledge on all implementation goals to ensure completion within required timeframe. - Conduct all aspects of the client onboarding, including detailed presentation of our product and processes, documentation and sign-off of all IT and process requirements, Operations transition, and project management to ensure timely deployment of new plan. - For best implementation results, influence implementation so that all processes follow our best practices for our product(s). - For any non-standard client request, bring to the Operations leadership team to discuss impacts and potential new solutions. - Ensure client has all co-branded training materials and marketing collateral to serve as a reference guide after implementation. - Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to onboarding clients and partners. - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts stakeholders, customer stakeholders and account management. - Prior to transition to operations, ensure that the invoicing process has been discussed and approved through accounting. - Collaborate closely with Operations and IT to ensure a successful transition from implementation to operations of a new client - Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer. - Lead or attend calls with TPAs and other vendor partners to establish, document, and modify operational processes between them and 6 Degrees Health. - Assist Operations and IT in setting up, testing, and diagnosing issues with EDI feeds. - Collaborate with Sr. Director of Client Experience to improve and document processes, create client facing documents, and complete special projects as assigned.    Minimum Role Requirements  - Ability to work effectively with customers. - Able to multitask and prioritize among competing tasks, manage time efficiently and adhere to deadlines. - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. - Highly organized and collaborative while maintaining sharp attention to detail. - Excellent time and project management skills, always looking to improve inefficient processes. - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with ability follow-through on client commitments and corrective actions. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT) - Self-motivated and self-directed, with a bias for action. - Experience building & maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals. - Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.  Education  - Bachelor’s degree preferred  Experience - Implementation experience with software IT integration preferred, specifically EDI. - 2+ years of experience in Client-Focused Solutions and/or Project Management roles. - Healthcare Industry experience preferred - Project Management a Plus!   Essential Role Functions  - Must have the ability to read and understand various process flows and procedures. - Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written. - Must be willing and able to work a 5-day schedule and additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shift to cover vacancies, if necessary. - Must be able to sit or stand for two hours at a time. - Must be able to operate computers and phones to support position requirements. - Strong Microsoft Office Skills are a must.    Organizational Benefits  - Medical, Dental, Vision and Other Outstanding Ancillary Benefits - 401k Program with 3% employer match - 10 Paid Holidays - Unlimited Paid Time Off - Calm App Premium Membership    The base salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000, plus benefits.
