Implementation and Training Specialist (MST)
We're onboarding new clients *all the time*, and we're looking for a rockstar to help us get those clients in the door accurately and on-time. If you have experience with project management, training, and/or support, then we'd love to talk with you!
• Location: Remote. That said, due to some business considerations, you must be physically located in Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado,
or Tennessee.
• Working Hours: After initial onboarding and training, this position will work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM ***MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME*** (i.e. 10:30AM-7:00PM EST).
Job Responsibilities
• Project manages customer implementations
• Performs customer training via Zoom video call (as part of initial implementation and as-needed, if appropriate)
• Assists with customer support ticket requests (related to implementations or otherwise)
• Engages with customers through chat, email, Zoom video call, phone, or carrier pigeon as needed to work with clients
• Builds customer-facing documentation as-needed to address common customer support requests
• ... and other duties as needed by the business
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree. Or demonstrated successful professional experience in a similar job role.
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• On-site property management industry experience
• 50+ WPM typing speed (there will be a test)
Compensation
• Salary: $31.00/hr-$33.00/hr commensurate with experience and expertise
• Bonus: On years when Courtesy Connection pays a bonus (we have every year to-date), then this position will be eligible for an annual bonus
