**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, anticipating customer needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements
* Provide expert knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions
* Take complex customer orders, provide accurate pricing information, and assemble parcels for shipping
* Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
* Process financial transactions, handle cash, and make change using a Point of Sale terminal (POS)
* Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
* Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage
* Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork
**Essential Functions**
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
* Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
