At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Experts & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include: * 6 months customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer system * Proven oral & written communication skills * 6 months Call Center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months sales experience minimum * Able to work independently * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Ability to stay composed and objective * Strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills **Work from Home Requirements** As a work-from-home representative, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** It is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
