**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
* Delivering an exceptional support experience
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Fluency in Spanish and English**: While this role supports both languages, most calls are in English.
