The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Accurately process and maintain records of vendor invoices, payments, and AP transactions in the ERP system Match invoices, packing slips, and POs for accuracy; reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor accounts, 1099 filings, credit card transactions, petty cash, and AP reports Support audits, apply cash to AR invoices, and assist with customer account maintenance Contribute to documentation, cross-training, and provide backup for switchboard, mailroom, and order processing The background of the successful candidate must include the following: Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office proficiency Strong math, organizational, and communication skills Consistent work history with a desire for long-term employment A US citizen or possess a Green Card A residence within 45 minutes Expected salary : $58240 per year Location : Dane, WI Apply for the job now!
