Job Title: HR Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Work from Home till July, then Office in Noida
Shift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Sunday Off)
Languages Required: English & Hindi
Requirements:
? Must have a laptop
Offer Letter: Issued within 1 week of joining
Salary:
? ?10,000 to ?15,000 (based on 10 joining) during training
? Training Period: 3 months (Target-based salary)
? Post Training: Fixed salary + Increment after 6 months
Incentives: Unlimited for extra joining’s
Job Role & Responsibilities:
? Conduct phone interviews with candidates
? Schedule interviews with clients
? Follow up to ensure candidates join
? Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
? Source candidates through the database
? Conduct pre-interview screening
? Hire exclusively for non-IT clients
