Job Description: As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public spaces within the hotel. You will have an eye for detail and a knack for organization, ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment during their stay. Requirements: – A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. – Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. – Ability to communicate effectively in English. – Ability to work well with a team and independently. – Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities: – Clean guest rooms according to Marriott’s high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities. – Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. – Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in guest rooms or public areas. – Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities. – Work closely with other team members to ensure all guest rooms are ready for check-in at designated times.
