About the position The Cleaning Authority in Louisville is seeking full-time housekeepers/cleaners who are dedicated to providing high-quality residential cleaning services. This position offers a competitive salary of $750 to $950 per week, with the added benefit of tips. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning tasks in teams. , Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. , Utilize provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. , Engage with customers and promote tipping through the TCA phone app. , Participate in ongoing training and skill development. , Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. , Valid Driver's License and car with insurance required. , Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. , Strong attention to detail in residential cleaning. , Willingness to learn and adapt to specific cleaning standards. , Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
