You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a remote, commission-only position where you will be responsible for reaching out to new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring qualified leads are booked for our services. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to both new and existing clients to set appointments. • Follow provided scripts and processes to ensure qualified appointments. • Maintain a detailed log of all client interactions and scheduled appointments. • Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism on every call. • Work independently and efficiently, scheduling a minimum of [5] qualified appointments per week. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful follow-up and client management. Compensation: • $15-25$ per qualified booked appointment. Most appointment setters set about 4 appointments a day. • This is a 1099 employee position, commission-based only. • Potential for increased earnings based on performance and volume. Requirements: • Must be comfortable working in a commission-only role. • Must be able to work remotely from a quiet, professional environment.
