We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Position Summary: Assists in the delivery and merchandising of advanced sold products of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product. Duties/Responsibilities • Check accuracy and stability of the load • Deliver products to customer • Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards • Invoice and collect monies due • Pick up company property • Secure company assets • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures • Settle all accounts daily • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned Qualifications Education/Experience: • High-School Diploma/GED • No experience necessary - on the job training is performed • Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license • Familiarity with DOT regulations; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirements • Driving record within MVR policy guidelines Required Skills/Abilities • Communication Skills • Dexterity Skills • Problem Solving • Interpersonal Skills • Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor Work Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving.
