Head of Social & Community (Chief Social Officer) – Equity Opportunity

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute overall social media strategy for multiple brands, from planning to crisis management. • Build, hire, and lead a high-performance social and content team (community managers, content leads, etc.). • Select best platforms for each project, set KPIs, and ensure cross-brand collaboration. • Oversee analytics, reporting, and performance optimization—turn insights into action. • Stay on the cutting edge of trends, platforms, and viral culture to keep all brands ahead. • Direct content calendars and campaign execution for maximum engagement and growth. Qualifications: • 5+ years leading social media or digital content teams (agency, startup, or in-house). • Strong track record of building social presence, growing followings, and driving engagement. • Expertise in analytics, platform management, and social media tools (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, etc.). • Visionary, creative, and highly data-driven. • Experience in entertainment, media, music, or consumer brands a major plus. • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
