Responsibilities: Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), implementing scalable processes and methodologies for effective project delivery. Manage cross-functional project portfolios. Align project objectives with company strategy, product roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations. Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers. Own the project risk management strategy and ensure compliance with budget, scope, and timeline. Collaborate closely with IT, Product, Compliance, and Business Development teams. Requirements: Proven experience as Head of PMO / Program Manager / Director of Projects in IT or blockchain-related domains. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Background in managing distributed, remote-first teams. PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications is a must Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills able to connect project outcomes with business goals. Experience in change management and organizational transformation is a strong plus. High level of personal ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action in fast-paced, innovative environments.
