The Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy, high-energy Growth Marketing Executive who lives and breathes digital marketing tools.
You'll own the Account Based Marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and emerging platforms, combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to fuel PLANERGY's growth. This isn't just a "schedule social posts" role; it's a hands-on, full-stack marketing position where you'll experiment, measure, and scale what works.
What You'll Do
• Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn Ad campaigns and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive qualified leads and brand awareness
• Build and manage automated outreach sequences using PhantomBuster and similar growth-hacking tools
• Create, segment, and analyse email campaigns in MailerLite, driving engagement and nurturing prospects through the funnel
• Own marketing data hygiene -- maintain CRM records, build dashboards, and report on KPIs with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Produce compelling content for social media, blog posts, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
• Manage A/B testing across channels, continuously improving copy, creative, and targeting
• Stay ahead of emerging martech tools and trends, recommending and piloting new platforms
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and accelerate pipeline
What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or SaaS digital marketing
• Proven track record running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
• Experience with marketing automation and outreach tools (PhantomBuster, MailerLite, or equivalents)
• Strong data management skills -- comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and analytics platforms
• Excellent written English with an eye for persuasive, on-brand copy
• Self-starter mindset: you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, conversion rate optimisation, and landing page best practices
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for quick creative production
Nice to Have
• Experience in procurement, spend management, or enterprise SaaS
• Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page tweaks
