We are looking to hire a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual to expand our partnership opportunities in the ever evolving web3 space. You will be the part of the Global Partnership department responsible for identifying, acquiring, onboarding and maintaining relationships with partners that create value to our ecosystem of products. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a highly topical and fascinating function, where you meet people who build absolutely new rules of the new world.
The key aspect of this market-facing position is to establish and maintain mutually beneficial strategic business relationships with key crypto space players across the world to enhance and expand the value Beincrypto brings to the crypto ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns to acquire, engage and nurture event media partnerships, collaborating closely with editorial and sales teams to define target audiences for each event
Establishing data acquisition strategies across various product categories, market mapping, data hunting, and pipelining of potential partners sources
Negotiating masterfully, and executing on scalable commercial models, working closely with our Contracts and Legal teams
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of partner acquisition policies, from documentation to revenue reporting
Developing strong partnerships with new and existing partners and market data organizations
Building relationships with various product areas in order to deliver on immediate requirements fast and anticipate future needs
Make informed recommendations to stakeholders
Drive conversations with partners to the right solutions at Beincrypto ecosystem of products
Collect and communicate market feedback to help inform the ongoing partnership value proposition
Attend and represent Beincrypto at relevant industry events, as applicable
Identify third-party organizations and/or marketing partners to develop new audiences
Communicate directly with top-level executive prospects
Other related duties, as assigned
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing/Communications/Sales or equivalent work experience
Exposure to prospecting and development of new data sources, leading contract negotiations, and defining compelling commercial models
Strong relationship management skills and the proven ability to effectively partner across various internal stakeholders to achieve the intended business outcome
Self-starter with demonstration of product/idea generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask
3-5 years working in events, marketing or client management
Experience working with CRM, registration or lead generation systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency working with technology collaboration tools and ability to pick up new technologies easily
Strong attention to detail and good judgment when handling and processing sensitive information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
