General Manager - License Holder Lead a dynamic HVAC franchise and drive growth! As the General Manager, you will oversee the success of the franchise, manage daily operations, and lead a high-performing team in a competitive environment. Your role includes setting goals, driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and team engagement. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $90,000-$130,000 plus performance-based bonuses Health and Dental Insurance 401K PTO and Paid Holidays Company truck plus gas card Key Responsibilities: - Lead operations to achieve profit and growth targets. - Manage budgets, sales, and operational performance. - Build and maintain vendor relationships for pricing and services. - Ensure smooth dispatch and workload distribution for technicians. - Oversee customer satisfaction, ensuring same-day resolution of issues. - Develop and coach staff, ensuring high standards and team cohesion. - Monitor job costing, project management, and adherence to safety protocols. What We're Looking For: - 8+ years of HVAC experience, including 5+ in management. - Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. - Strong knowledge of job costing, business regulations, and P&L management. - Experience building motivated teams. - Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
