? Account Executives from Mid-Market to Enterprise drive sales and profitability objectives for their designated sales territories.
? They will prospect, consult, and sell to Fire, EMS or Healthcare and Hospital markets, within a specified geographic territory spanning several states.
? In this role, you will learn to take full ownership over a territory, develop sales plans and strategies, and become accustomed to identifying all types of opportunities and converting them into tangible, long term pipeline and revenue.
? Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer’s unique needs, and clearly convey… the value of the ImageTrend products.
? Reps can grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to the team?s success.
Requirements:
? Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
? Proven sales experience required, preferably in public safety/healthcare industry and/or SaaS selling environments
? Experience with CRM software for pipeline management and reporting
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and the proven ability to present, influence, negotiate and persuade key stakeholders and decision makers, along with a passion to make a positive community impact
? Proven track record in driving successful sales growth by managing and developing an assigned territory with a strategic plan for prospecting
? Self-starter who can work effectively and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
? High self-motivation and strong goal-orientation with the ability to operate independently and follow through until desired outcomes are achieved with minimal supervision
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
? Computer and Microsoft Office suite skills required, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and guidance from senior team members
? Familiarity with Sandler Selling preferred, or experience with other consultative sales methodologies
? Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
? Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
? Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
? Ability to travel 25-50%, with additional travel as needed
