Blazerworks has partnered with a school district in Austin, TX, and is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special needs.

Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
? Collaborate with other educators, parents, and professionals to support student success.
? Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
? Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
? Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid Texas teaching certification in Special Education.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
? Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
