Full Time – Customer Service Representative & Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities…

– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a – -professional and timely manner

– Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

– Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database

– Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

– Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

– Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in customer service or related field

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in Google related services and Slack

– Excellent organizational and time management skills

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

– Experience with social media management is a plus
