Nu State Performance Extracts is a bold, unique nutrition brand in Australia facing a "Technical Bottleneck". We have high market interest but are battling issues on our Shopify store and a lack of conversion architecture. We want to build a strong marketing foundation and structure. We are seeking a Performance Architect / Fractional CMO to build the foundation to scale from 0 to 500+ sales per month and beyond. Scope: •CRO & Technical Repair: Oversee the immediate fix of JS and mobile UX issues identified via Microsoft Clarity. • Strategy: Refine our messaging for a high-performance audience (Founders, CEOs, Athletes) while maintaining our core "Pain-Buyer" demographic. • Performance Accountability: Suggest and provide a proven lean marketing strategy to hit agreed sales KPI’s Who You Are: • You have taken premium health/supplement brands from $0 to $100k+/month in revenue. • You understand the psychology of High-Ticket AOV ($179+) and "Pain-Based" vs. "Performance-Based" selling. • Deep expertise in Direct Response and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). • You are an "Architect" who does the work—not just a consultant Budget: Premium rates for a proven elite performer who prioritizes Profit over Vanity Metrics.
