This role supports end-to-end financial management activities across a large global cost base, including budget planning, forecasting, accruals management, reporting, and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the annual budget planning process and align bottom-up plans with top-down targets
- Track actuals and forecasts vs. budget; proactively identify and resolve variances and risks
- Manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and management presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and governance
- Support billing management and cost recovery tracking
Requirements:
- Strong financial management experience, ideally supporting a large global cost base
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Professional proficiency in English
