In this role, you will support key financial decisions by delivering clear and accurate analysis and reporting, while gaining exposure to senior leadership and developing skills in forecasting and profitability analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and perform variance analysis to identify key business drivers
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reporting validation
- Partner with business lines and FP&A
- Build and maintain financial models and spreadsheets to support decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance and emerging trends
- Advise internal stakeholders on profitability across customers, products, and business lines
- Design and deliver clear, actionable financial reports for diverse audiences
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in financial services or financial analysis
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, or data analysis
