Working under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Field Market Manager will be responsible for community brand events on behalf of clients in designated market(s).  The Field Market Manager will lead Brand Ambassadors and connect with key influencers to help clients gain brand strength in those markets.  Work will be done also to support Switch business goals and objectives.   We are currently hiring Field Market Managers for the following markets:  Los Angeles, CA; Orange County, CA;  Phoenix, AZ; Miami, FL; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL   Essential Responsibilities: - Represents the brand in the community and local market through proven logistical mastery and local connections among lifestyle events, influencers, and all relevant players. - Actively identifies key brand opportunities among event partnerships, influencers, properties, and sampling missions. - Connects with local key influencers, securing breakthrough events where the product can thrive among attendees, creating future connections and brand affinity. - Responsible for the scheduling and successful execution of all local event support - sampling missions, influencer and community seeding, and retail support. - Liaise with local event owners and influencers to ensure the brand is present everywhere relevant and any/all activation details are secure. - Works with Switch to recruit, train and manage the Brand Ambassadors (BA) team. - Responsible for BA team appearance and performance as well as igniting their engagement and passion for the brand. - Quality control of BAs – provides ongoing feedback to Switch PM (written and verbal) on performance and reliability. - Delivers daily, weekly, and monthly market activity recap. - Captures content and shares on the market specific social media handle. - Accountable for product inventory monitoring, ordering, and allocating. - Responsible for the maintenance of all event infrastructure – assets, storage unit and vehicle. - Coordinates and manages in-market vendors as needed (vehicle lease, vehicle wrap, storage, shipping/receiving, etc.). - Maintains a safe and motivated work environment. - Works with Switch Program Manager on payroll confirmations for BAs. - Leads the in-market training for BAs. - Manages, sources, and verifies weekly schedule for BA coverage with corporate leadership. - Provides ongoing feedback on how to improve activations & efficiencies.   Required Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED. - Must have 2-4 years’ promotional experience, activation planning, and event asset management/setups. - Ability to work a flexible schedule. - Must be detail oriented, organized and a good communicator. - Must be energetic, outgoing, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. - Must have excellent computer and scheduling skills. - Must have a clean driving record and background. - Must pass a drug screen and background check for criminal and driving records. Preferred Minimum Qualifications: - 2-4 years' experience managing teams Physical Demands (refer to Addendum):  - Ability to lift 35-50 lbs., load, set up, execute and tear down promotional items.
