HHM Custom Homes LLC is a North Carolina and South Carolina Licensed Unlimited Builder and Unlimited Electrical Contractor. We specialize in residential and light commercial remodeling, additions, new construction, and complex electrical projects. We invest heavily in marketing and digital systems to generate a steady flow of pre-qualified inbound leads. Every client has contacted HHM directly. No cold calling.
Candidates must be located in Charlotte or the immediate surrounding area.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Estimator & Client Consultant to conduct site visits for both General Contracting and Electrical projects. You will assess properties, define scope, and guide qualified clients through the estimating and contract process. You will work exclusively with inbound leads generated by HHM.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site assessments for remodeling, additions, new construction, and electrical projects
• Evaluate panel upgrades, service changes, load calculations, and full electrical scopes
• Utilize HHM’s AI-powered quoting system and Houzz Pro platform
• Prepare accurate scopes of work and professional estimates
• Participate in virtual consultations when required
• Coordinate with HHM’s internal team after contract execution
• Travel locally throughout NC & SC
• Work remotely or from our office: 1251 Arrow Pine Drive – F103, The Connect, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Requirements:
• Experience in residential or commercial construction, estimating, or electrical contracting
• Understanding of construction codes and permitting processes
• Strong client communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM and estimating software
• Self-driven and performance-focused
• Ability to travel locally
Compensation – Commission Only:
Company-Provided Leads:
• 2% on projects under $50,000
• 2.5% on projects over $50,000
Self-Generated & Closed Projects:
• 4%–6% depending on size and margin
