We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Expert Support Specialist to join our team and act as the primary point of contact for our Expert community. You'll provide thoughtful, timely, and high-quality support to Experts who power our platform, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with policies. Requirements Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a friendly, customer-first approach. 1+ year of experience in a customer support or service role, ideally supporting professionals or users in a digital marketplace. Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). Highly organized and detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems efficiently and empathetically. Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and ownership. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating online tools and platforms. 1+ year in a technical support environment. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
