We’re a B2B SaaS company using HubSpot across marketing, sales, and customer success. HubSpot is actively used but messy, and we’re looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM freelancer to help us get more value out of what we already have.
This is not a rebuild. We need someone who can improve, govern, and optimize an existing HubSpot setup.
What we need help with
Improve and govern our existing CRM (Contacts, Companies, Deals)
Reduce duplicates and improve data hygiene
Fix and enforce lifecycle stages
Clean up and improve existing workflows
Co-design automations such as:
Lead routing
Lifecycle stage progression
Internal notifications
Task creation
Help build and explain reports and dashboards for:
Pipeline health
Conversion rates
Source attribution
Sales activity
Revenue forecasting
Act as a trusted HubSpot advisor for new initiatives and troubleshooting
Train our team and provide Loom walkthroughs where useful

CMS Hub
Integrations: Email, Ad platforms, Lusha
No planned HubSpot upgrades in the next 6–12 months

Less manual work through smarter automation
