The Mission:
Audit & Debug: Conduct a deep-dive audit of our current GA4 and GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup. Identify "broken" tags, duplicate triggers, and Data Layer inconsistencies.
Corrective Implementation: Re-configure the eCommerce tracking to ensure 100% accuracy for the full funnel: view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, and purchase.
Data Integrity: Reconcile GA4 revenue with our actual backend sales and fix any attribution issues
Structured Reporting: Set up a clean reporting structure within GA4 (Custom Explorations) or a Looker Studio dashboard so we can actually use the data for decision-making.
