As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat * Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner * Promoting additional products or services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as needed **Key Responsibilities** As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner * Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability * Upselling products or services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction * Resolving customer complaints in a calm and professional manner * Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as needed **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual proficiency is a plus * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities * Sales experience preferred for upselling opportunities (not required) * Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically **Technical Requirements** To perform this role, you'll need: * A computer with a monitor or laptop with a monitor * Reliable internet access * Phone service (no Magic Jack) **Availability** We're looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
