You'll be responsible for entering essential business details into our cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system, verifying information, and helping to streamline our processes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
* Double-check and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
* Organize incoming digital files – spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments – and apply clear, consistent naming conventions.
* Communicate with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
* Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
* Offer ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills**
* High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
* Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).
