As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be part of a vibrant community that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Customer Service Lead to oversee the management of various tools and platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other critical systems.
