**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Customer Service Lead to oversee the management of various tools and platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other critical systems. Your expertise in project management, customer service, and technical skills will be instrumental in driving success and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure organized and secure data storage
* Overseeing Helpscout, our customer service email platform, to provide timely and effective support
* Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
* Utilizing Zapier to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
* Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by the client
* Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities
* Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in project management and customer service leadership (a plus)
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
* Technical savvy and ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
* Intuitive organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust based on workload
* Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
