Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced User Support Specialist to join our high-impact Support team, committed to delivering friendly, expert support to our growing user base. This fully remote role offers a flexible Tuesday-Saturday schedule, ideal for candidates located in the United States. As a User Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to creators and their subscribers via email and live chat, collaborating closely with the Support team and other colleagues across the company to resolve user concerns efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to creators and their subscribers via email and live chat, ensuring a positive and resolution-focused experience for all users.
- Manage live chat coverage for up to 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift), responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend daily team meetings and contribute to team operations (up to 20% of your time), staying informed about product and company updates and sharing knowledge with the team to improve support processes.
- Spend the remaining time providing support via email, ensuring that all user concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Support team and other colleagues across the company to solve user concerns effectively and efficiently, demonstrating urgency and discernment when escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product and company updates, being a frequent user of the arenaflex app and leveraging this knowledge to provide informed support to users.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping people and find it rewarding to solve their problems. You should be an excellent communicator, both in speech and writing, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels, is required. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a support role, with a focus on live chat and email support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on providing exceptional support to users.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk and Stripe is a plus, with the ability to leverage these tools to provide efficient and effective support to users.

- Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline.
